- Add the flour, oil, salt and water in a mixing bowl and knead by hand till the dough is elastic and smooth.
- Make a mixture using boiled potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, pepper, green chillies and salt.
- Roll out a paratha using the dough and apply the prepared mixture on one side of it.
- Apply water and fold in the other side and seal it.
- Roast the paratha using oil and serve it.
