- In a bowl, take gram flour, add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, corn kernels, coriander leaves and water.
- Mix well.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Drop small portions of the corn mixture and deep fry the pakoras till golden brown on both sides.
- Sprinkle red chilly powder and serve with coriander mint chutney!
